Role: Architect Skill: BPM Architect Experience : 10-13 Years \xc2\xb7 Experience in IBM BPM and IBM BPM Process designer. \xc2\xb7 Integration designer experience is not required. \xc2\xb7 Understanding and experience of working in agile environment. \xc2\xb7 Strong understanding of IBM BPM Architecture and concepts such as process centre, process server, process applications, toolkits, tracks etc. \xc2\xb7 Strong understanding of BPMN notifications and concepts. \xc2\xb7 Strong understanding of all the required artifacts and concepts of IBM BPM process designer and strong hands-on experience on them \xc2\xb7 Hands on experience, particularly on following \xc2\xb7 BPD development and concepts such as decision gateways, joins, splits etc. \xc2\xb7 Routing policies used in IBM BPM 7.x and 8.x and difference between the same. \xc2\xb7 Multi instance loops. Exception handling. Environment variables and Exposed process variables. \xc2\xb7 Variables and business objects. Pass by value and pass by reference business objects. \xc2\xb7 Integration services for integration with Database, web services, REST services, java, CMS systems like FileNet etc. \xc2\xb7 UCAs and events such as exception events, message events, tracking events. \xc2\xb7 IBM BPM 7.x coaches and 8.x coach views and different events of coach views. \xc2\xb7 Creating and using Ajax services in coach and coach views. CSS, JavaScript.
