Operate fully automatic box making machines (slotting, folding, gluing, stitching as applicable).
Set up machines according to job specifications (box size, board type, printing, glue/stitch parameters).
Adjust machine settings to achieve required speed and quality.
Start, stop, and monitor machine performance during production.
Follow daily production plans and targets.
Ensure output meets quantity and timeline requirements.
Minimize machine downtime and material wastage.
Coordinate with helpers and feeders during operation.
Check boxes for correct dimensions, alignment, cutting, folding, and bonding.
Ensure print registration and finishing meet customer specifications.
Identify defects and take corrective action immediately.
Maintain first-time-right production standards
