Key Responsibilities
Refresh and elevate the boutique experience to reflect Six Senses wellness and sustainability values
Continuously assess product offerings and guest services to ensure innovation and relevance
Maintain strong presence on the floor to uphold LQA standards and guest satisfaction
Lead and mentor the boutique team to deliver exceptional guest service
Address guest concerns through effective service recovery when required
Inspect boutique spaces regularly and ensure timely completion of maintenance and improvements
Manage guest bookings, maintain reception hygiene, and ensure polished front-of-house presentation
Plan and drive boutique business strategies in alignment with property goals
Conduct monthly inventory and follow pricing guidelines from the property
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and PR to support revenue and branding initiatives
Maintain full knowledge of property facilities and guest services
Update guest history profiles to support personalized service
Oversee the operational budget, monitor costs, and ensure profitability
Ensure ethical operations following all local regulations and corporate policies
Ideal Profile
Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Retail Management, or related field
At least 2 years of luxury hotel, boutique, or retail supervisory experience
Strong understanding of premium guest service and luxury retail standards
Proficient in MS Office; familiar with POS, PMS, and CRM systems
Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
Knowledge of sustainability-focused products and wellness retail trends
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
