Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented

Boutique Sales & Inventory Associate

who speaks

Arabic

to join our perfume boutique. This role combines excellent customer service with inventory management, ensuring a smooth operation and a luxurious experience for all clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers in

Arabic

and other languages, providing product recommendations and demonstrations. Maintain detailed knowledge of the boutique's fragrance products and brands. Manage inventory: receiving deliveries, organizing stock, and monitoring levels. Assist in merchandising and creating attractive product displays. Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system. Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges professionally. Support the store manager with reporting, stocktaking, and administrative tasks. Ensure the boutique is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; retail or hospitality experience preferred. Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in perfumes, cosmetics, or luxury products. Fluent in

Arabic

(spoken and written); other languages a plus. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and ability to handle cash and sales transactions accurately.

Preferred Skills:

Passion for perfumes, fragrances, and luxury products. Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. Familiarity with retail POS systems and inventory software.

Working Conditions:

Boutique environment with standard retail hours; may include weekends and holidays. Requires standing for extended periods and occasional lifting of merchandise.
