We are hiring a strict, highly organized Female Boutique Operations Manager to fully oversee daily operations of a luxury bridal boutique. This role requires strong leadership, discipline, and full control of staff performance and boutique standards. Only candidates with a serious, professional mindset will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

Full responsibility for daily boutique operations Enforce staff discipline, punctuality, and work ethics Manage staff schedules, attendance, and performance Ensure flawless client experience during appointments and fittings Supervise sales process, client follow-ups, and booking management Maintain luxury standards of cleanliness, presentation, and behavior Coordinate between sales team, tailoring team, and management Monitor gowns, fittings schedules, deadlines, and deliveries Handle client complaints firmly and professionally Apply operational rules with zero tolerance for negligence
Requirements:

Female candidate only Proven experience as Boutique Manager / Operations Manager / Retail Manager Strong authority and leadership personality Experience in luxury retail or bridal/fashion is highly preferred Excellent organizational and communication skills Able to work long hours and handle pressure Professional appearance and strict work attitude Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
Work Schedule:

6 days per week Long working hours required (commitment is essential)
