We are currently seeking a CRM and Business Analyst Intern as part of our dynamic team in Dubai. How you will contribute: Supporting the General Manager in successfully implementing, enhancing and maintaining CRM and engagement program activities in the region Carrying out the weekly reports analysis (nationalities, prospects, sales to local) to set up customer segments and work on activities to increase customer loyalty Assisting in the coordination of events/initiatives and monitoring their performance: ROI (results on investment) calculation, conversion rate Producing performance reports and Powerpoint presentations for ad hoc requests/needs as well as keeping updated customer's database to elaborate detailed reports for all CRM projects Participating in store visits with the General Manager to enforce the communication flow with Store Managers to coordinate with them all the CRM activities
Who you are: Freshly graduated in Economics Bachelor/Master's degree Passionate about Luxury & Sales/Marketing fields Fluency in English is a must. Arabic is a plus On a family or student visa Strong analytical skills, excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented, dynamic, and proactive Proficient with Microsoft Office Package (Advance in Excel, PPT)
