Booth Representative / Brand Ambassador For Gitex (tech Company Onsite In Dubai)
Job Description
We're looking for a professional and engaging booth representative to help present our company, a Canadian AI software company, at Expand North Star (part of GITEX) in Dubai from October 12-15, 2025.
You'll be the face of our brand at our 2x2 ft pod in the Canada Pavilion -- engaging visitors, explaining our services (AI-driven app development and enterprise AI implementation), and distributing branded swag.

Responsibilities
Greet and engage visitors at our booth
Present our company, solutions, and USPs clearly and confidently
Share our one-liner pitch and product story (training provided)
Collect visitor information via QR or badge scanning
Distribute swag (pens, stickers, leaflets, bags, etc.)
Help keep the booth organized and inviting

Ideal Candidate
Based in Dubai (or able to travel to Dubai for the event)
Strong English communication skills
Friendly, outgoing, and professional appearance
Comfortable speaking about tech products (not too technical, but confident)
Prior experience working at exhibitions or trade shows is preferred
Able to learn a short script about our company and services

Onsite at Dubai Harbour, Expand North Star @ GITEX
October 12-15, 2025
Daily booth hours ~8 hours/day (final timing TBD)
May include setup/pack-down on the first/last day
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 5 days
