Job Description

Carry out

preventive maintenance, breakdown repairs, and troubleshooting

of Boom Lifts, Spider Lifts, and Scissor Lifts. Diagnose

electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, and control system faults

and perform corrective actions. Conduct

PPM inspections

as per manufacturer guidelines and company checklists. Perform

battery testing, charging system checks, and replacement

for electric platforms. Carry out

engine servicing

, oil changes, filter replacements, and hydraulic oil top-ups for diesel machines. Inspect and repair

hydraulic hoses, cylinders, pumps, motors, and valves

. Ensure machines are maintained in compliance with

OEM standards, IPAF guidelines, and UAE HSE regulations

. Attend

site breakdowns

, identify root causes, and restore equipment to safe operating condition. Complete

service reports, checklists, and job cards

accurately and on time. Identify and report

unsafe conditions, damages, or parts requiring replacement

to the supervisor. Support

load testing, function testing, and safety device checks

(limit switches, emergency lowering, E-Stops, alarms). Maintain

tools, service vehicles, and spare parts inventory

in good condition. Coordinate with site supervisors, operators, and clients to ensure smooth job execution. Follow

company safety procedures

, use PPE, and participate in toolbox talks. Assist with

machine commissioning, decommissioning, and handover

when required.

AWP Industry: 3 years (Required)
