Responsibilities:
Operate boom loaders safely and efficiently to move, load, and transport materials as required on construction sites.
Perform pre-operation checks to ensure the machine is in proper working condition.
Handle loading and unloading tasks while maintaining balance, stability, and safety standards.
Assist in site operations by transporting materials such as sand, gravel, concrete, and construction debris.
Report any mechanical faults, damages, or safety concerns to the maintenance team promptly.
Follow site supervisors' instructions to ensure smooth workflow and project timelines.
Adhere to all safety guidelines, site regulations, and equipment operating procedures.
Support basic maintenance by keeping the equipment clean and reporting when servicing is due.
Requirements:
Based in the UAE and available for immediate joining.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience operating boom loaders or similar heavy equipment.
Valid UAE heavy machinery/equipment operating license (if required by site).
Knowledge of safe operating practices and construction site safety standards.
Ability to maneuver equipment in tight or busy job-site environments.
Experience operating machinery from brands like CAT, JCB, Komatsu, or similar is preferred.
Physically fit, safety-conscious, and reliable with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work in outdoor and high-demand construction environments.
