Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Boom Loader Operator to join our dynamic construction team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have1-4 years of hands-on experience operating boom loaders in the UAE and a solid understanding of site logistics, equipment handling, and safety protocols.

Responsibilities



Operate boom loader equipment to lift, move, and position materials on construction sites. Conduct daily equipment checks and report any mechanical issues or safety concerns. Assist with loading and unloading materials from trucks and storage areas. Coordinate with site supervisors to ensure timely and accurate material placement. Follow safety procedures and ensure proper use of PPE at all times. Maintain cleanliness and functionality of the boom loader. Support other site operations when not actively operating machinery.

Requirements



Valid UAE license or certification for boom loader operation. 1-4 years of proven experience operating boom loaders in the UAE. Familiarity with construction site safety standards and equipment maintenance. Ability to work in fast-paced environments and adapt to changing site needs. Good communication skills and teamwork mindset. Physical fitness and alertness to operate heavy machinery safely
