Bookkeeper
to support our finance and accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, timely entries, and financial organization as we scale.
Responsibilities:
Record day-to-day financial transactions in accounting software (Zoho Books)
Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and petty cash
Track incoming and outgoing payments and receipts
Assist in preparing VAT filings and monthly reports
Organize and maintain financial documents and records
Support the senior accountant with audit and compliance requirements
Maintain updated ledgers and accurate account balances
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of bookkeeping experience (UAE experience preferred)
Proficient in
Zoho Books
,
Excel
, and general accounting workflows
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good communication skills in English (spoken and written)
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or similar is a plus
Working Hours:
Monday to Saturday, 9AM - 6PM (with 1-hour lunch break)
