We are looking for an experienced Bookkeeping / Payroll Administration Employee. In this position you are responsible for the payroll administration of approximately 40 colleagues in the Netherlands and for the daily financial administration. You work closely with colleagues and ensure that all administrative processes run smoothly and correctly.
In short, you are going to do the following:
Managing and maintaining the payroll administration for approximately 40 employees in the Netherlands.
Preparing and processing salary slips.
Handling VAT returns.
Checking, booking and processing purchase and sales invoices.
Managing the general financial administration.
Setting up, maintaining and monitoring administrative processes.
Working with and maintaining data in Exact Online.
Requirements:
Several years of relevant and recent experience in bookkeeping and payroll administration.
Proven experience with setting up and maintaining payroll administration.
Good knowledge of Exact Online.
Accurate, structured and reliable working style.
Independent but also a team player.
Excellent command of the Dutch language in speech and writing.
Perfect Dutch speaking and writing is required for this job.
