Job Description

Yachting Dreams is a yacht charter booking platform in Dubai. We are looking for a Booking Manager / Concierge that will manage all the bookings coming in and he or she will be able to fulfil all the needs of the potential client.

• Manage incoming requests and bookings via Whatsapp and telephone.
• Upsell the client with catering services and other possibilities like designs, jetski etc.
• Create and maintain a huge concierge network of end companies that can deliver services that clients may need.
• Maintain conversations with clients to identify their personal preferences.
• Next level hospitality to understand the complete requirements of clients in order to make their experience a success.
• Maintain excellent communication between yacht owners and yacht companies to understand the latest updates in their fleet and capacity.
• Keep track of all the bookings and details in our CRM system.
• Daily feedback with management via telephone or video call to discuss progress.
• Provides all information needed so the client understands all the terms and conditions.
• You have great knowledge of Dubai and surrounding regions, companies and useful agencies.
• Builds relationship with clients to create recurring business.
• Maintain a constantly updated database with information about all extra services.

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience working in Dubai is a must.
• Minimum 2 years experience working as a booking manager or concierge.
• Great skills working with MS Office, Teams, Windows and CRM software.
• Ability to understand guest needs and expectations and to deliver superior customer service.
• Commercial way of thinking, being able to gently direct a client into an upsell.
• Perform job with attention to details and the ability to organize and handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Clear communication; effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
