Minimum 5 Years Experiences, Healthcare experience is highly desired
Ensure the plant reliable operation & maintenance by monitoring the control parameters.
Assessment of plant performance, Fuel analysis and Water analysis.
Maintain the shift log books and log sheets as standard format.
Execution of plant cold, warm & hot start up and Shutdown as per SOP.
Trouble shoot and handling the Emergency like Equipment failure, Plant load throw, Blackout etc.
Preparing plant reports like DGR, Monthly report, Trip report & Failure report. ? Planning & Execution of plant planned shutdown Maintenance activities.
Ensure the availability of Standby Equipment's & implement the equipment change over schedule and Top-up of T.G. Lube Oil, changeover of Lube Oil, air rumbling in the condenser etc.
Communicate with relevant department for the Equipment Isolation and implementing HIRA, JSA & PTW before Proceeding Maintenance.
Maintain the EHS policies as company norms.
