: The BOH Supervisor is responsible for all daily kitchen functions including, food preparation, food quality standards as per brand guidelines, cleanliness, and maintenance of equipment. Ensuring training of all employees to a high standard to ensure all brand policies are followed. Duties & Responsibilities
Ensure that all food products are consistently prepared and served according to brand standards
Oversee training of kitchen staff in all menu items and brand procedures
Ensure all equipment is kept clean and is in excellent working condition
Work with store-in-charge to ensure ordering of stock is completed in a timely manner and costs are controlled by not over ordering products
Control food cost by ensuring all products are prepared to the correct standards and are executed correctly
Responsible for training kitchen staff in cleanliness and sanatisation practices

Daily Tasks
Check Prep List is being completed
o Has the preparation checklist been printed and in use o Are the correct par levels being used o Check prep items to ensure they are made to brand standards
Check BOH checklist has been completed
o BOH operation checklist has been printed and is being completed o Cleaning list has been actioned o Training has been assigned to staff trainer as required
Check 86 Items and communicate to Store-in-Charge
o Are there any 86 items? o Are they expected to be delivered today? o 86 items updated once stock arrives
Check Expiry labels on all products
o All labels have correct expiry labels o No labels are changed o Are there items that need to be pushed to avoid wastage, communicate these items to \xe2\x80\x98Store-in-Charge\xe2\x80\x99.
Ensure equipment is in good working order
o Notify \xe2\x80\x98Store-in-Charge\xe2\x80\x99 of equipment failure o Does this affect any menu item and does this need to be made 86
Check to ensure all stock received is correct and in good condition
o Ensure that delivery receiving sheet is completed for all deliveries throughout the day o Are all fruit & vegetables being sanitised as per Dubai Food Control Authority o Ensure sanatisation sheet is updated on a daily basis
Ensure kitchen operations keep up with customer flow
Weekly Tasks
Ensure weekly cleaning list is completed
o Ensure that weekly cleaning list has been signed off for all cleaning requirements
Ensure training of staff has been completed by BOH trainer
o Review training report and ensure all training has been completed as required Monthly Tasks
Count inventory stock accurately
o Assist the \xe2\x80\x98Store-in-Charge\xe2\x80\x99 in accurately counting all inventory stock Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month Application Deadline: 31/03/2023
