2. JOB PURPOSE:

Responsible for the maintenance, repair, and servicing of heavy machinery used in operations

3. REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS:

4. KEY DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:

Operational:

Adherence to quality, health & Safety, Information security and business continuity policies. Fix dents, scratches, and other damage; repair or replace body components. Prepare surfaces, apply paint, and ensure a professional finish. Assess damage, conduct repairs, and document outcomes. Follow safety protocols and industry regulations; maintain a clean work area. Use specialized tools; stay updated on techniques and best practices. Manage tools, equipment, and materials, track inventory. Maintain records and prepare reports on repair and painting activities. Recommend and implement process improvements; participate in training. Perform any other ad-hoc duties relevant to the role as assigned by the line manager as per business requirements.

7. PROFILE: QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in automotive body repair or a related field is preferred. Minimum of 2 years of similar experience is preferred. Good command of English language.

Functional Competencies:

Wide knowledge and skills in repairing different kinds of Air-Conditioning and Heating System Good knowledge of trouble shooting Wide knowledge in package and split and window type AC installation. Good knowledge of electrical spare parts and equipment Good knowledge of advanced tools such as computerized test equipment, welding torches and hydraulic and refilling equipment Good manual dexterity, including the ability to make precise finger movements and the ability to keep their arms and hands steady Good understanding of Qatar and GCC business environment
