Job Description
:
- Assess damage to vehicles and provide accurate estimates for repair costs.
- Communicate with insurance companies and customers to ensure that all parties are satisfied with the repair process.
- Maintain accurate records of all estimates and repairs.
- Work closely with other members of the garage team to ensure that repairs are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques.
- Conducting inspections of vehicles to identify damage and estimate repair costs.
- Preparing detailed reports for insurance companies and customers.
- Negotiating with insurance companies to ensure that repairs are covered.
- Coordinating with other members of the garage team to ensure that repairs are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of automotive repair techniques and technologies.
- At least 3 years of experience as an Insurance Estimator in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair techniques and technologies.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
