Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and organized Bodyshop Controller to oversee the daily operations of our bodyshop department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing workflow, ensuring timely vehicle repairs, maintaining high-quality standards, and coordinating between estimators, technicians, and customer service teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage the daily operations of the bodyshop, ensuring efficient workflow and timely completion of repairs. Monitor progress of vehicles through each repair stage and update relevant teams accordingly. Allocate work to technicians based on skill and job requirements. Ensure all repairs meet company quality standards and customer expectations. Liaise with estimators, insurance companies, and parts departments to streamline processes. Ensure proper documentation and job cards are maintained and completed accurately. Support and enforce health, safety, and environmental compliance. Assist in managing productivity, KPIs, and turnaround times. Provide technical support and guidance to technicians when needed.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a similar role within an automotive bodyshop or accident repair center. Strong knowledge of collision repair, bodywork processes, and workshop management. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet deadlines. Proficient in using job management systems or workshop software. High level of attention to detail and commitment to quality. Diploma or degree in Automobile Engineering or a related field is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
