We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Bobcat Operator to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating Bobcat machinery to perform tasks such as excavation, grading, and material handling on job sites.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate Bobcat equipment to move earth, debris, and materials.
Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on machinery.
Follow site plans, blueprints, and supervisor instructions.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site protocols.
Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines.
Maintain accurate logs of work performed and equipment usage.
Requirements:
Proven experience operating Bobcat or similar heavy machinery.
Valid operator's license or certification.
Strong understanding of safety procedures and equipment maintenance.
Ability to read and interpret construction plans.
Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions.
