Operate the Bobcat skid-steer loader as per instructions to assist with earthmoving, backfilling, loading/unloading, and material transportation.
Conduct pre-operational checks and routine maintenance (oil, hydraulic fluid, tire pressure, etc.).
Ensure the Bobcat is clean, safe, and in good working condition at all times.
Follow site safety regulations and guidelines strictly.
Coordinate with site supervisors and follow work instructions.
Maintain daily logbook of machine usage, fuel records, and breakdowns if any.
Report any mechanical issues or unsafe conditions immediately to the maintenance or safety team.
Assist in site cleanup, leveling, and minor grading tasks as instructed.
Load and unload materials or debris to support site operations.
Participate in toolbox talks and safety briefings.
Operate the machine within confined spaces, tight access areas, and congested zones.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience as a Bobcat Operator in the construction or contracting industry.
Valid operating license for skid-steer loaders or relevant RTA/municipality license (UAE or applicable region).
Knowledge of equipment safety standards and site safety protocols.
Ability to read site markings and follow instructions from supervisors and foremen.
Physically fit and capable of working in hot and dusty environments.
Flexible to work overtime or shift work when required.
