Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced

Bobcat Operator

with a valid

UAE license

to support various

civil construction activities

such as excavation, backfilling, leveling, and site preparation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating skid-steer loaders (Bobcat) and an understanding of construction site procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate Bobcat machinery (skid-steer loader) safely and efficiently on construction sites. Carry out tasks such as excavation, trenching, grading, and material handling. Assist in civil works including site preparation, backfilling, and debris removal. Load and unload construction materials as required. Conduct daily inspections of the Bobcat to ensure proper functioning. Perform routine maintenance and report any mechanical issues. Follow all safety protocols and ensure safe work practices. Coordinate with site engineers, foremen, and other machine operators to complete assigned tasks. Maintain accurate records of work done, fuel usage, and maintenance logs. Work in varying site conditions including tight spaces and urban construction areas.

Requirements:

Valid

UAE operating license for Bobcat

. Minimum

3 years of experience

in civil construction projects. Knowledge of construction site safety and procedures. Ability to interpret site plans and instructions from supervisors. Physically fit and capable of working in outdoor environments. Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset. Flexibility to work overtime or on weekends if needed.

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,200.00 per month
