Roles & Responsibilities

Safely operate crane and bobcat equipment to lift, move, and place materials in accordance with project specifications and safety regulations. Conduct pre-operation inspections and routine maintenance checks to ensure equipment functionality and safety compliance. Collaborate with team members and site supervisors to coordinate lifting operations and avoid potential hazards on-site. Utilize hand signals and communication devices effectively to maintain clear communication with ground personnel during operations. Document daily activity logs, maintenance records, and incident reports to maintain accurate operational records and enhance safety protocols. Identify and troubleshoot mechanical issues, reporting them promptly to maintenance personnel for timely resolution. Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols, including wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times. Assist in site preparation and cleanup, ensuring the work area is safe and organized before and after operations.
Desired Candidate Profile

High school diploma or equivalent; further technical education in heavy machinery operation is a plus. Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience operating cranes and bobcats in construction or industrial settings. Experience working in high-pressure environments and on diverse job sites, demonstrating versatility and adaptability. Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform basic troubleshooting and repairs on equipment. Proven track record of adhering to safety protocols and regulations, showcasing a commitment to workplace safety. Physical stamina and strength to handle the demands of operating heavy machinery and working in various weather conditions. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to maintain accurate records and follow established operational procedures.
