Job Description
We are seeking an experienced
Boat Production Supervisor
to oversee all aspects of boat manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient production, maintain high-quality standards, and lead a skilled team in a safe and productive environment.Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily boat production activities to ensure efficiency and quality targets are met. Oversee quality control processes to ensure all boats meet required specifications and standards. Lead, train, and motivate the production team to achieve performance goals. Manage production resources, maintenance schedules, and budgets effectively. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations. Coordinate with other departments to maintain smooth workflow and timely project completion. Prepare and present regular production reports, including performance metrics and issue tracking.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum
7 years of experience
in boat building, marine manufacturing, or a related production environment. Proven track record insupervisory or managerial roles
within manufacturing. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Excellentproject management
and organizational abilities. In-depthtechnical knowledge
of boat construction processes and materials. Strongproblem-solving
and decision-making skills. Commitment toquality assurance
, safety, and continuous improvement.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
