Position: Board Cutting Operator

Job Summary:

The Board Cutting Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining the relevant cutting machinery to cut panels and boards to the required dimensions as per production plans and customer specifications. This role requires attention to detail, machine operation skills, and strict adherence to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate the beam saw machine to cut panels according to production drawings.

Ensure accurate cutting dimensions and minimize material wastage.

Read and interpret cutting lists, production orders, and drawings.

Monitor machine performance and carry out basic maintenance as required.

Inspect finished cuts for accuracy, quality, and defects.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Follow all safety procedures and company policies.

Report any machine malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.

Assist with loading and unloading panels as needed.

Collaborate with the production team to meet daily targets.

Requirements:

Proven experience operating a beam saw or similar machinery in a furniture or woodworking environment.

Basic mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and measurements.

Attention to detail and commitment to producing high quality work.

Physical ability to handle panels and stand for long periods.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Willingness to follow safety procedures at all times.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
