The Carbone Clinic Dubai is looking for a Supervisor (BCBA). The Carbone Clinic-Dubai is presently interviewing qualified individuals for the position of Supervisor /Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who will provide support and supervision to behavior analytic therapists, under the direction of the Program Director. The Carbone Clinic-Dubai is a replication of the high quality applied behavior analysis (ABA) program services successfully provided at The Carbone Clinic-New York, USA. Carbone Clinic-Dubai opened in October 2013 and continues to expand its services to children with autism and other developmental disorders in Dubai, UAE and the region. Opportunities to collaborate on research projects leading to peer-reviewed publications are available. Over the last 25 years the Carbone Clinic has trained and supported many behavior analysts throughout the world who have gone on to have successful careers and who have made important contributions to the field of behavior analysis. The Carbone Clinic has been recognized as an influential member of the behavior analytic community. The Carbone Clinic was the 2022 recipient of the prestigious award for international dissemination of behavior analysis given by the Society for the Advancement of Behavior Analysis and the Association for Behavior Analysis International. Duties & Responsibilities:

• Supervise and train therapists in implementation of effective behavior analytic treatment methods
• Assist in the development of instructional goals, objectives, and lesson plans
• Manage and supervise all aspects of the treatment program
• Support the writing and development of assessment reports, treatment plans and progress reports
• Train parents and other service providers of the children served in the clinic

Successful Candidates Will Possess:

• Master's Degree from an accredited college or university
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst
• Prior successful experience working with persons with autism/related developmental disabilities
