Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled, experienced, and

BMW-certified

Master Technician or Mechanic to join our dynamic team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will possess an in-depth understanding of

BMW

vehicles, from classic models to the latest electric and hybrid technologies. This role requires exceptional diagnostic capabilities, precision in repairs, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnosis and Troubleshooting:

Perform comprehensive diagnostic tests using

BMW-specific diagnostic tools (e.g., ISTA, Rheingold)

to accurately identify mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults in

BMW

vehicles. Interpret fault codes, technical bulletins, and repair manuals to pinpoint root causes of issues. Conduct thorough inspections of vehicle components, systems, and overall condition.

Repair and Maintenance:

Execute a wide range of repairs and maintenance services on all

BMW

models (e.g.,

1 Series, 3 Series, 5 Series, 7 Series, X Series, M Series, i Series

), including: Engine repair, overhaul, and rebuilding. Transmission and gearbox repair. Brake system diagnosis, repair, and replacement. Suspension and steering system repair and alignment. Electrical system diagnostics and repair (including complex wiring, sensors, and control units). Air conditioning and heating system service and repair. Exhaust system repair. Oil changes and fluid services. Tire repair, replacement, and wheel balancing. Pre-purchase inspections and routine maintenance checks. Perform warranty repairs in accordance with manufacturer specifications. Utilize specialized tools and equipment designed for

BMW

vehicles.

Quality Assurance:

Ensure all work is performed to

BMW's

exacting standards and specifications. Conduct rigorous testing and quality checks post-repair to confirm optimal vehicle performance and customer satisfaction. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Documentation and Communication:

Accurately document all diagnostic findings, repair procedures, parts used, and time spent on each job. Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and customers, explaining complex technical issues in an understandable manner and providing accurate estimates for repairs. Collaborate with other technicians and team members to ensure efficient workflow and knowledge sharing.

Continuous Learning:

Stay updated with the latest

BMW

technologies, diagnostic procedures, and repair techniques through ongoing training programs, workshops, and self-study. Adapt to new models, hybrid, and electric vehicle systems as they are introduced.

Qualifications:

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent required. Technical degree or certification in Automotive Technology from a reputable institution is highly preferred.

BMW-specific training and certifications (e.g., BMW Technician Certification, Master Technician status) are mandatory.

Experience:

Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a

BMW

Mechanic or Master Technician in a reputable dealership or specialized luxury car service center. Proven track record of diagnosing and repairing complex issues on various

BMW

models.
