Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum of 3+ years of dealer-level or large facility experience in handling BMW cars
• Can adapt and embrace change with an internal and external customer centric mindset
• Act as an advocate for teammates and have a strong commitment to technology advancement
• Possesses effective communication skills: oral, written, listening.
• Able to use BMW diagnostic and programming tools
• The ability to work independently with limited supervision and the motivation to continually increase product knowledge should be evident.
• Must be in UAE (Abu Dhabi - preferred)
• Must have UAE Driver's License
• Strong team player, with the ability to provide excellent standard of work consistently
• Candidates without experience in BMW cars will not be selected

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, repair, perform and maintain vehicles as described on repair order in accordance with factory standards.
• Diagnose the cause of vehicle malfunctions and recommend/perform appropriate repairs.
• Examine vehicle to identify necessary repair or maintenance items that may not be included on the repair order, and communicate to Service Advisor or Team Leader.
• Communicate with the Parts Department to obtain needed parts.
• Notify the Team Leader immediately if additional work is needed, if work outlined on repair order is not needed, or if repairs cannot be completed by the time promised.
• Clearly and accurately document all work performed.
• Follow warranty material disposition procedures. Save and tag parts of the jobs if required by the customer.
• Maintain the order and cleanliness of customer cars and work areas.
• Account for all center-owned tools at all times.

Experience:

• Automotive Industry: 3 years (Required)
• BMW Advanced Technician: 3 years (Required)

Language:

• Arabic (Preferred)
• English (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• UAE Driving License (Required)
