Job Description
Responsibilities: Works on basic HVAC network systems, including fibre optic networks and building management communication network shooting Performs basic electrical instillation Requires to readily use temperature and relative humidity meters, data loggers, and electrical volt and amp meters Works closely with HVAC and plumbing field technicians to facilitate repairs and maintenance of HVAC and plumbing equipment Performs minor AC and plumbing mechanical repairs Assists other Maintenance team member when required Assist with painting and upkeep of HVAC and plumbing equipment Requirements All candidates need to have ITI/Diploma certificate from recognized university from their home country. Minimum 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Facilities management/Maintenance is mandatory Should be able to communicate well in English Knowledge of safe work practices Basic knowledge of building maintenance systems Requires working shift Walk in Interviews Bring Your CV, Wear shoes, White shirts and black Shoes All days (except Friday) 11 AM to 8 PM Fridays 4 PM to 8 PM Visit us at:https://goo.gl/maps/cSq8ChNyB2pHQAWF9 Job Type: Full-time
