Job description Enetric has an immediate opening for a qualified "BMS Technician" who will be responsible to operate, maintain and replace all HVAC-related controls and BMS equipment at the client's facilities to remotely operate and control the building systems and reduce the energy consumption Job Responsibilities
- Participate in refurbishment of existing building controls equipment/systems and/or new installations. This could include BMS, chiller plant manager, VFDs...
- Participate in the testing & commissioning, handover and implementation of HVAC controls and BMS system in accordance with compliance and requirements.
- Identify any snags, defects and generate a report on the corrective measures.
- Carry out planned preventive maintenance, fault diagnosis, remedial repairs and adjustments to the BMS system to provide operational effectiveness and continuity of service.
- Monitor, control and maintain the operations of the HVAC controls and BMS systems and proactively provide intervention to diagnosis, probable faults and interruptions to service.
- Position will be based in our Dubai office (UAE).
