Position: BMS Operator Location: Fujairah Company: Maisaloon Star Facilities Management L.L.C Job Summary: As a BMS Operator, you will be responsible for the efficient operation and maintenance of the Building Management System (BMS) to ensure the optimal performance of various building systems such as HVAC, lighting, security, and more. You will monitor the BMS, respond to alarms, perform system adjustments, and collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure the building\'s systems are running smoothly and energy-efficiently. Responsibilities:
- Monitor the Building Management System (BMS) to ensure all systems are functioning properly.
- Respond promptly to alarms, alerts, and system malfunctions.
- Adjust BMS settings to optimize energy consumption and occupant comfort.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on BMS equipment.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to address any technical issues.
- Generate reports on system performance and energy usage.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest BMS technologies and trends.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Participate in training programs as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
- Proven experience as a BMS Operator or similar role.
- Familiarity with building systems such as HVAC, lighting, security, etc.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Fujairah: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
- BMS Operator: 2 years (Required)
