Qualification - Electrical & Communication/ Electrical & electronic. Certification: - UPDA/MMUI Technical skill: - BMS software, BMS programming, automated controls related subject to Honeywell, Siemens, simplex EST, notifier, Cooper 1. Starting with architectural plans and creating panel drawings 2. Producing design documents for BMS 3. Using software to design digital versions of building management systems based on project documentation 4. Assisting with the graphic design of BMS software. 5. Experience in BMS programming, automated controls related subject to Honeywell, Siemens, simplex EST, notifier, Cooper. 6. Producing documentation to instruct other engineers or users on how to interact with the BMS 7. Ensuring that any BMS software or equipment aligns with relevant safety and quality standards 8. Conducting site surveys before installation of BMS takes place, or after a system has been installed to check that it is functioning properly 9. Commissioning new BMS software to ensure that it works properly 10. Maintaining existing building management systems by fixing errors, running tests, and updating software 11. Repairing a range of equipment and machinery involved in BMS. 12. Lead and direct internal staff and contractors in the planned, preventative and reactive maintenance of the BMS and any system or software upgrades. 13. Complete fault diagnosis and rectification on the whole range of BMS equipment. 14. Identify potential systems software and hardware issues that may lead to unnecessary failure of services, thereby minimizing risk, disruption and inconvenience to building users 15. Keep abreast of technical developments particularly associated with new technology in building engineering services and building management and in all aspects of the mechanical and electrical disciplines and to contribute to departmental engineering policies. 16. Provide information as requested for risk registers, condition surveys and databases. 17. Escalate issues found during maintenance requiring capital investment, e.g. replacement items following repeat maintenance visits. 18. Demonstrable post-training experience in the maintenance, repair, installation and fitting of BMS/ automated controls Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: From QAR4,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
