We are seeking a qualified
BMS Engineer / Operator
with solid experience inDelta Controls
and a strong understanding of BMS operations within theUAE market
._ Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in BMS is required _
_ Expertise in Delta Controls is a must_
Key Responsibilities
Operate, monitor, and maintain BMS systems, particularly Delta Controls Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in BMS/GRMS systems Improve energy efficiency through system optimization Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and facility managers Maintain system logs, documentation, and compliance reports
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of hands-on BMS experience in the UAE
Bachelor's degree
in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or related Engineering field Strong knowledge ofDelta Controls
systems Familiarity with GRMS, BACnet, Modbus, and other protocols Proficiency in reading schematics and control drawings Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skillsWhat We Offer
