Job Description

Assist the BMS Commissioning Engineer/Technician during

commissioning of Building Management Systems (BMS)

. Support installation checks for

field devices

such as sensors, actuators, valves, dampers, and controllers. Help in

point-to-point checking

and verification of BMS inputs and outputs. Assist with

panel inspections

, wiring checks, and termination verification. Support

testing and calibration

of temperature, pressure, flow, and humidity sensors. Assist in uploading/downloading

BMS programs and graphics

under supervision. Record test results and assist in preparing

commissioning reports and checklists

. Coordinate with

electrical, HVAC, and site teams

during testing and commissioning. Follow

site safety procedures

and company quality standards. Support troubleshooting of basic BMS system issues.

Technical Skills



Basic knowledge of

BMS systems

(HVAC controls, lighting control, energy monitoring).

Experience



1-3 years

experience in BMS, HVAC controls, or automation (freshers may apply). Site experience in

commercial, residential, or industrial projects

is an advantage. Understanding of

control panels, wiring diagrams, and I/O points

. Familiarity with field devices (sensors, actuators, VFDs). Basic knowledge of

networking concepts

(BACnet, Modbus, LonWorks - advantage). Ability to use

multimeter and basic test instruments
