The Blow Moulding Technician will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of blow moulding machines, ensuring production runs smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have experience with blow moulding equipment, troubleshooting, and ensuring product quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate blow moulding machines to produce high-quality products.
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machines to minimize downtime.
Monitor production processes and adjust settings as needed to ensure product specifications.
Troubleshoot machine malfunctions and coordinate with the maintenance team for repairs.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring safety standards are met.
Record production data and ensure accurate reporting.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Blow Moulding Technician or similar role.
Strong knowledge of blow moulding equipment and processes.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve machine issues efficiently.
Familiarity with safety regulations and quality control standards.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Technical diploma or certification in manufacturing or related field.
Experience with automated blow moulding machines.
