Senior Production Engineer - Blow Molding (Water Tanks)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced
Production Engineer
with a strong background in
blow molding technology
, specifically in the manufacturing of
plastic water tanks
. The ideal candidate will have at least
10 years of hands-on experience
managing production operations, optimizing manufacturing processes, and leading technical teams in a high-volume plastics production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day production activities of blow molding lines for water tank manufacturing.
Plan, coordinate, and control manufacturing processes to ensure products are produced efficiently, on time, within budget, and to standard.
Monitor and improve productivity, reduce downtime, and ensure consistent product quality.
Manage maintenance schedules for blow molding machines and support equipment.
Train, supervise, and evaluate production staff, ensuring high levels of safety and compliance.
Collaborate with R&D and Quality teams to drive product improvements and resolve production issues.
Maintain production documentation, including reports, logs, and KPIs.
Implement Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering or related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in blow molding, preferably in water tank manufacturing.
Strong understanding of blow molding machinery, mold design, and polymer behavior.
Proven ability to manage production teams and meet production targets.
Knowledge of ISO standards and quality systems is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
