We are hiring experienced

Block and Plaster Masons

to join our construction team. The selected candidates will be responsible for performing high-quality block work and internal/external plastering for various building projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Lay concrete blocks according to project drawings and alignment. Apply cement-based plaster on internal and external walls and ceilings. Mix mortar, sand, and cement in proper ratios for block laying and plastering. Ensure surface levels, smooth finishes, and proper jointing. Cut blocks to fit specific layouts using tools and equipment. Prepare walls for plastering (cleaning, hacking, or applying bonding agents). Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean job site. Assist other masons and follow instructions from the site engineer or foreman.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a block and plaster mason. Good understanding of materials, tools, and techniques used in masonry work. Ability to read basic construction drawings or work under supervision. Physically fit and able to work in challenging outdoor environments. Punctual, disciplined, and safety-conscious.

Preferred:

UAE experience in residential or commercial building projects. Ability to do finishing work like patching or repair jobs.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED1,400.00 - AED1,600.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Sharjah: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
