Key Responsibilities
Install, adjust, and commission all types of blinds, including roller, vertical, Venetian, Roman, zebra, and blackout blinds.
Install and troubleshoot
motorized and automated blind systems
.
Perform repair and maintenance work for existing blinds and window covering systems.
Take accurate site measurements and report any site-related issues before installation.
Ensure installations meet quality standards, drawings, and client specifications.
Coordinate with supervisors, sales, and site teams for smooth project execution.
Follow all site safety rules and company policies during installation works.
Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition.
Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum
2-5 years
of experience as a Blinds Technician or similar role.
Strong knowledge of
manual and motorized blind systems
.
Experience working on
residential, commercial, and hospitality projects
.
Ability to read basic drawings and installation instructions.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Physically fit and able to work at heights when required.
Experience in UAE/GCC projects is preferred.
