Responsible to prepare parts and assemblies by blasting & painting to stage for finishing product, meeting defined production standards, schedules and quality requirements.
Principal Accountabilities:
Experienced with various coatings, prep work, and blasting methods and to ensure defined production standards, schedules and qulaity requirements.
To prepare parts and assemblies by blasting & painting to stage for finishing product and stage & prepare parts and welded assemblies for blasting, painting and assembly processes.
To work to defined industry & production standards, schedules and quality requirements.
To work with blast, paint systems and various tools for the completion of product to engineering specifications.
Support the quality assurance department with respect to quality assurance evaluation of painted products.
Preparing & setup of necessary tools and equipment for blasting and painting processes.
Propose potential quality or productivity enhancements i.e continual improvements.
Report production issues and assist in resolutions as required.
Participate in and attend cross functional meetings as required.
Key Competencies:
Knowledge of safely procedures involved in blasting / painting.
Pre Requisites
Minimum 3 years' experience in Industrial blasting
Familiarity with the use of tools, fixtures, and equipment's for production aids
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED1,800.00 per month
