Diagnose, repair, and maintain laser hair removal machines
Replace consumables and parts: handpieces, filters, lamps, cooling components, etc.
Perform machine calibrations and safety checks
Track and manage machine usage data
Train clients or staff on proper maintenance and operation
Maintain records of service calls and repairs
Sales:
Sell consumables (handpieces, cartridges, gels, filters, etc.)
Promote sales of new or refurbished aesthetic laser machines
Provide clients with after-sales support and product education
Identify upselling opportunities during service visits
Requirements:
Proven experience working with
laser hair removal machines
(technical repair or operation)
Knowledge of
machine consumables
and lifecycle replacement schedules
Sales experience in
medical aesthetics, beauty tech, or medical devices
Strong communication and customer service skills
Technical certification or training from major brands is a plus
Preferred Background:
2+ years as a
laser technician
,
biomedical technician
, or
aesthetic equipment specialist
Experience in
sales of aesthetic devices
or
cosmetic clinic supplies
Understanding of
laser safety standards
