BIM/Revit Electrical Modeler

Location:

United Arab Emirates (UAE) - Anywhere in UAE

UAE /Gulf Country Projects or Onsite Experience

Years of Experience:

3+years is mandatory with min 2+years of GCC/UAE

Availability: Immediate Joiner -30days

Should have

Building Construction Experience

( Residential , commercial & High Rise building )

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop detailed and accurate electrical BIM models using Revit and related software Coordinate with architects, structural, and MEP teams to ensure clash-free designs Prepare detailed electrical layouts including power, lighting, cable routing, and containment systems Produce construction-ready drawings, shop drawings, and as-built documentation Ensure all designs comply with local regulations, project specs, and quality standards Support construction teams with timely model updates and technical clarifications Assist in quantity take-offs, BOQ preparations, and coordination drawings Meet project deadlines while maintaining accuracy and BIM standards

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 3+ years of experience in BIM electrical modelling with construction project involvement Proven experience on Gulf region MEP or construction projects Strong knowledge of electrical systems, UAE standards, and BIM workflows Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant field Effective communication and teamwork skills, both in office and on-site
