Job description
1. Active contributor of the inhouse BIM Committee for developing BIM Content/Library, progressive upgradation of BIM Standards and Improvise Project templates.
2. Producing periodic BIM report for Design Managers, to identify and measure BIM implementation.
3. Implement BIM Execution Plan in project and evaluate Project Information Model for compliance with BEP.
4. Actively participate in BIM Process throughout design phase with routine responsibility not limited to handling of CDE, MIDP, TIDP, Data Drops, Model health checking of PIM.
5. Follow Office BIM protocol and ensure delivery of PIM and stage deliverable as per office standards
6. Review stage submission of PIM and do QA/QC audit based on BEP or office template
7. Ensure models are developed In compliance with BEP and follows LOD requirements and Classification system as defined
8. Exclusive hand-on experience on BIM software like Autodesk Revit, Naviswork manage, BIM Collaborate, Autocad and Dynamo.

Profile
1. Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree of Architecture.
2. Must have a Professional degree (Masters or Bachelor) in Architecture from an accredited program Ability to use AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup, Photoshop
3. Revit Expert level with minimum of 5 years hands on experience in Revit and Navis work Working knowledge of local authority codes.
