Bim Technician

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Create and manage accurate 3D models and 2D drawings using Autodesk Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, and other BIM software.
Support the design, planning, and coordination of infrastructure projects including roads, utilities, and drainage systems.
Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and site teams to ensure BIM models reflect real-world conditions and construction methods.
Participate in clash detection, model coordination, and data management.
Maintain BIM standards and ensure adherence to industry best practices and company protocols.
Assist in the development of digital workflows and templates to enhance project efficiency.
Qualifications and Experience:
A qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology, or related field.
Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a similar BIM or CAD Technician role, preferably within civil engineering.
Proficient in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD Civil 3D, Navisworks, and BIM 360.
Strong understanding of construction processes and technical drawings.
Basic understanding of BIM processes and standards (ISO 19650).
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with diverse project teams.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED14,000.00 - AED17,000.00 per month
