Job Description

Qualification:

• Bachelor in Civil or Architectural Engineering
• BIM course certificate such as ISO19650 or equivalent
• Min. 15 years of work experience

• Min. 7 years of experience in BIM implementation in Design and Construction

• Min. 3 years in BIM supervising/ managerial position

• Conducting 3D modeling (preferably using Autodesk suite) and understanding of clashes and conflicts between models.

• Strong knowledge of BIM contractual documents such as EIR, BEP, LOD Matrix's, etc.

• Knowledge of information management within a Common Data Environment

Responsibilities (Not limited to)

• Oversee any BIM-related installation and configuration (software, hardware, network) as well as data exchange and coordinate with the IT Division and GIS Division on BIM related issues
• Recommend upgrading the system with new releases and models when needed

• Monitor system performance and troubleshooting issues

• Set up accounts for users as per ADM authorization policies or Management instructions and ensure security through access controls and backups
• Oversee the proper implementation of BIM requirements for projects throughout the design and construction stage (Setup EIR requirements, review the BEP, review the MIDP, establish and manage project folder on the CDE, etc.) as per roles and responsibilities defined in BIM guidelines documentation.

• MoniITT BIM projects performance including processes, procedures and dataflow and propose improvements when and where needed.

• Provide support to ADM staff to maintain full system functionalities according to requirements

• Carry out QA/QC on various BIM functions in the project design, construction and asset handing over stages
• Develop and provide training program to train new staff on the BIM system

• Build and maintain MIAS internal library with BIM related technical catalogues, objects, documentation and manuals as well as IT policies.
