BIM Specialist job in Dubai, UAE supporting urban planning and architectural projects through high-quality digital modeling and layout development. This role translates urban planning concepts into accurate BIM models and layouts, ensuring compliance with authority requirements and efficient multidisciplinary coordination across complex developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed BIM models and layouts for urban planning projects in collaboration with urban planners and architects
• Create and manage base maps, sign-off sheets, plot development guidelines, land use plans, and related documentation
• Apply strong knowledge of authority approval processes and requirements including Dubai Municipality and DDA
• Digitize, organize, and validate planning data to ensure accuracy and consistency across deliverables
• Utilize AutoCAD to produce precise layouts aligned with project specifications and planning standards
• Apply BIM workflows, standards, and best practices to improve design efficiency and coordination
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, incorporate feedback, and update layouts and BIM models as required

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
• Minimum 6 years of experience in a BIM role within urban planning or architectural environments
• Strong understanding of BIM principles, workflows, and standards
• Proven experience supporting authority submissions and planning approvals
• Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary project teams
