Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented

BIM Operator / Coordinator

to join our team for a prestigious five-star hotel project. The ideal candidate must be proficient in handling Building Information Modeling (BIM) tasks, particularly in the areas related to

Cold Rooms, Kitchen, and Laundry Equipment

. This role requires seamless coordination with

Civil, MEP, and Architectural

teams to ensure accurate planning, installation, testing, and commissioning.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage BIM models for Cold Rooms, Kitchen, and Laundry Equipment based on architectural and MEP drawings. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely coordination of services. Ensure all BIM deliverables are in compliance with project standards and specifications. Detect and resolve clashes using BIM software (Navisworks, Revit, etc.). Generate and update equipment shop drawings and installation layouts. Coordinate with site teams for issue resolution and model updates during project execution. Prepare and maintain as-built BIM models for final project handover. Participate in project meetings and provide technical input related to BIM coordination. Support testing and commissioning documentation processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical preferred). Proficiency in

Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks

, and other relevant BIM software. Strong understanding of kitchen and laundry equipment layouts, cold room systems, and their integration with building services.

Experience:

Minimum

2-3 years

of relevant experience, preferably in

hotel or hospitality projects

. Proven ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (Civil, MEP, Architecture).
