Candidate Requirements & Skills:
Minimum 5+ years of experience in architectural BIM modeling
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and other relevant BIM tools
Strong understanding of architectural design, construction processes, and standards
Experience with clash detection, coordination, and collaboration tools
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Good communication and coordination skills
Prior experience working on large-scale or complex projects is preferred
