, you will be an essential part of ourTechnical Office team
, reporting directly to theSenior BIM Engineer
. You will be responsible for managing and coordinating all BIM processes across Architectural, Structural, MEP, and Interior Design disciplines, ensuring effective collaboration between design consultants, internal engineering teams, and contractors. Your role will involve reviewing and validating BIM models and deliverables to ensure constructability, compliance with project specifications, local regulations, and site requirements. You will lead BIM coordination meetings, facilitate clash detection and resolution, support value engineering initiatives by offering model-based solutions, and provide BIM-related technical support to site teams to ensure the design intent is accurately executed during construction.
