Primary duties and responsibilities:
\xef\x82\xb7 Develop BIM models for MEP services from design stage to as-built stage and coordinating between all other services.
\xef\x82\xb7 Preparation of MEP BIM Models with various level of detailing.
\xef\x82\xb7 Strong knowledge in design and detailed drawings.
\xef\x82\xb7 Ability to generate various Mechanical/Electrical layouts, sections, elevations and details
Clash detection and co-ordination using Navisworks
\xef\x82\xb7 Ability to create 3D views or renderings.
\xef\x82\xb7 Ensure that the model aligns with the standards and goals set in BIM Execution Plan and BIM project workflow criteria.
\xef\x82\xb7 Develop accurate construction drawings and extract data based on the discipline BIM platform.
\xef\x82\xb7 Involved in designing and 3D Modelling HVAC, using Revit.
\xef\x82\xb7 Preparation of Mechanical, HVAC, Fire Fighting, Plumbing (Drainage & water Supply) 3D drawings in Revit.Developing Mechanical Revit Template & Parametric Families For HVAC, Fire Fighting, Plumbing (Drainage & water Supply).
\xef\x82\xb7 Excellent knowledge in Revit Linking, Work set, Interference Checking Project Browser, Visibility Graphics, Filters, Shared Parameters, view range, Object Styles, Materials, annotation, Drafting View, Legend & Tags.
\xef\x82\xb7 Using Revit Preparation Schedule Quantities (BOQ) For MEP Services.
\xef\x82\xb7 Preparation of setting up levels, grids, views, browser arrangement, family arrangement, creating appropriate types and systems of services matching and project specifications.
\xef\x82\xb7 To prepare Hap Calculation and ventilation Calculation with input parameters.
\xef\x82\xb7 To prepare Chilled water drawings as per water flow.
\xef\x82\xb7 Preparing Builders work and as built drawings for Mechanical and Plumbing services.
\xef\x82\xb7 Co-ordinate with Civil, Structural, Foundation, False ceiling, Mechanical
\xef\x82\xb7 Services and Electrical services. Preparation of 3D Modeling & Shop Drawings for Electrical Services such as Containment, Power and Lighting.
\xef\x82\xb7 Preparation of 3D Modeling & Shop Drawings for ELV Services such as ICT, CCTV, PAVA & BMS Services.
\xef\x82\xb7 Prepare 3D rendering and Title block after completion of converting MEP 3D files to 2D CAD files drawing as per standards.
\xef\x82\xb7 Preparation of Electrical & LTA Room details.
\xef\x82\xb7 Co-ordination of MEP services using Revit and Navisworks.
\xef\x82\xb7 Modify the Revit Families.
\xef\x82\xb7 Create a Project Template & Work set
\xef\x82\xb7 Extract BOQ from the REVIT file.
\xef\x82\xb7 Selection of LV cables and Containments as per IEC, DEWA, KAHRAMAA Standards
