About the Role

Responsibilities:

Develop detailed 3D models of HVAC & PHE systems using Revit Develop drawing outputs from the BIM model Update models and drawings based on engineer comments Develop schedules and take-off from the model for BOQ support and other project uses Develop project modelling & drafting templates, block and BIM families Responsible for hosting and maintaining project BIM models in CDE (Autodesk Construction Cloud - ACC) Responsible for generating review workflows for engineer reviews and project submissions Coordinate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements Ensure models comply with industry standards and project specifications Coordinate with BIM Coordinator to perform clash detection and resolve design conflicts in collaboration with the design team Maintain up-to-date models and documentation throughout the project lifecycle Participate in project meetings to provide insights and updates on modelling progress Assist in preparing and presenting project documentation and visualizations Willing to take on project BIM coordination responsibilities

What do we need from you

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree or technical diploma in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Systems, or a related field Proven experience in HVAC & PHE modelling using BIM software Strong understanding of HVAC & PHE systems and their design principles Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD and AutoCAD MEP Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams Strong communication and documentation skills Autodesk Revit Autodesk AutoCAD & AutoCAD MEP Autodesk Navisworks Revizto Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) Revit addin (Di-roots etc) * Dynamo
