Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented

Revit BIM Modeler

with strong experience in

aluminum and facade systems

to join our Engineering and Design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing precise

3D BIM models

and

2D construction documentation

for complex architectural facade projects. This role requires strong technical understanding, coordination skills, and attention to detail to ensure accurate fabrication and seamless project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and update

Revit BIM models

for aluminum and facade systems in line with project requirements and BIM standards. Coordinate facade elements with

architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines

to eliminate design conflicts. Produce

shop drawings, fabrication details, and construction documentation

directly from BIM models. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project stakeholders to resolve design and coordination issues. Participate in

clash detection

and

interdisciplinary coordination reviews

using tools such as

Navisworks

. Follow and enforce

BIM Execution Plans (BEPs)

and company

CAD/BIM standards

. Conduct regular

quality control checks

to ensure model accuracy, completeness, and compliance. Manage and maintain

BIM content, families, and libraries

specific to aluminum facades and curtain wall systems. Provide ongoing

technical support

to project teams throughout all phases of the project.

Qualifications & RequirementsEducation

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in

Architecture, Engineering

, or a related technical field.

Experience

Minimum

3 years

of professional experience as a

Revit Modeler

. At least

2 years

of hands-on experience with

aluminum and facade systems

.

Software Skills

Advanced proficiency in

Autodesk Revit

(mandatory). Working knowledge of

Navisworks, AutoCAD

, and

BIM 360

is an advantage.

Technical Knowledge

Strong understanding of

facade engineering

,

curtain walls

,

cladding systems

,

glazing types

, and

aluminum fabrication processes

. Ability to

read, interpret, and coordinate

architectural and engineering drawings.

Skills & Competencies

High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Strong organizational skills and commitment to quality and accuracy.
